How did Harvesting Change begin?
Harvesting Change began in 2019 with a simple love for gardening, nature, and the belief that growing something meaningful could bring people together.
What started as a small farming venture gradually grew into a bigger vision—one centered on education, community involvement, and creating opportunities for others.
As our vision evolved, we realized that growing food was only one way to make a difference. We wanted to create a place where children, adults, seniors, and families could come together to learn new skills, explore their creativity, share their talents, and build lasting friendships.
Today, Harvesting Change is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization working toward establishing a Community Learning Center in Holbrook, Arizona. Our goal is to combine gardening education, creative workshops, volunteerism, and affordable community activities in a welcoming environment for all generations.
Our roots may be in gardening, but our future is about growing possibilities for everyone.
